Mr. Kwok oversees the strategic direction and delivery of VFA’s integrated professional and consulting services and software solutions in international markets. He has an extensive background in global strategic consulting and organizational design, construction and plant operations and has developed effective capital planning strategies with some of the world’s largest organizations including E. I. Dupont and General Motors Corporation.

Bernard has been working in and around FM for almost 20 years, and has been involved in many different aspects of Facilities Management. His involvement with the BIFM includes previous chairmanship of the London region and also of the Corporate committee. Involvement in the BIFM continues on London region, the Risings and most recently helping the Historic Buildings SIG to get started. Bernard is a regular contributor to FM World on a wide variety of subjects and regularly chairs events.

Wayne started his career in journalism at Haymarket Publishing, writing features for Ruler magazine. There he won two PPA awards, for Best Feature Writer in 2001 and Best Customer Publishing Team in 2004. He freelanced for various publications, including the Times before joining MPP in 2006. He subsequently edited various publications in the company’s portfolio, including Healthcare Management. Wayne has been Editor of Facilities Management Journal since 2008 and recently taken over as the company’s Operations Director.
