• Each Building System in the VFA.auditor survey now contains the following data fields – Year Installed, Lifetime, Years Remaining, System Quantity, and Unit of Measure. VFA.auditor users can update existing system data or input new details for first-time assessments.

• VFA.auditor surveys provide an “Action Cost” calculation that allows the user to see the associated cost estimate of the deficiency or corrective action selected in the survey. For example, if a user identifies 500 square feet of flooring to be replaced, once that value of “500” is entered for building system, an estimated cost will appear at the top of the survey.
