Intro to VFA.auditor (9 AM – 12 Noon)
VFA.auditor is a patented cloud-based guided self-assessment solution that provides you with surveys to rapidly collect facility and building condition data. This introductory class will provide an overview of the VFA.auditor survey workflow; including the process of filling in and submitting a survey for review, the survey review and approval process, as well as reviewing the results of an approved VFA.auditor survey.

Intro to the Budgets Module (1 PM – 4 PM)
The VFA.facility Budgets Module includes tools that will allow organizations to develop a Ranking Strategy for prioritizing their capital needs, based up their unique organizational mission and goals. This introductory class will walk users through the process of how an organization might implement a Pairwise Comparison method of ranking VFA.facility Requirements to develop a customized Ranking Strategy and then demonstrate how this strategy can be applied to a list of Requirements in order to rank them in order of most to least mission critical.
