VFA.auditor
Version 2.0 Release – What’s New!

VFA.auditor v2.0 introduces a new content-driven facility self-assessment platform that will greatly enhance the facility data collection process. This latest release of VFA.auditor empowers organizations to cost-effectively capture both conditional and non-conditional data on all types of facilities.

New enhancements include the VFA assessor-based content library, dynamic web survey generation, real-time cost and facility index calculations, business system lifecycle details, survey template designer, enhanced survey administration, and a new set of survey-centric reports.

Highlights of VFA.auditor 2.0 include:

  • VFA Assessment Library – The new highly flexible, dynamic VFA.auditor 2.0 platform leverages a comprehensive VFA Assessment Library that is built upon the industry- leading knowledge of the VFA assessment team. Organizations will now be able to utilize VFA’s best practice domain expertise to collect the right data across a spectrum of building types.
  • Targeted Building System Survey Creation – New Survey Template functionality enables organizations to tailor surveys to target specific building systems within a VFA.auditor survey. Targeted data collection promotes frequent facility data updates leading to more accurate maintenance reporting and capital planning.
  • Real-Time Cost and Facility Condition Index (FCI) Estimates – VFA.auditor 2.0 users can now view the estimated costs associated with the identified facility deficiencies as they are completing the survey. A survey-based FCI is also calculated to provide a relative “running index” of the building condition.
  • System Lifecycle Data Capture – VFA.auditor 2.0 allows survey users to capture building system lifecycle-related data that will be used to drive the automated maintenance renewal tracking and reporting functionality in VFA.facility.
  • Enhanced Re-Assessment Solution – New functionality will allow organizations to push existing asset data out to surveys for field validation and updates. Now, facility data maintenance doesn’t need to be dependent on the next FCA cycle.
  • Enhanced Survey-Centric Reporting – An all-new suite of business intelligence-based reporting provides organizations with the essential analytics necessary to manage their survey assessment activity and the data output coming in from the field.
  • Enhanced Survey Administration and Management – No matter what the size of a facilities portfolio, VFA.auditor 2.0 has incorporated powerful administration functionality to promote customer self-service and address portfolio needs of all sizes.
