VFA to Provide Facilities Planning Support for County of Santa Clara
County Selects VFA Assessment Services and Software to Aid in Goal of Optimizing
Real Estate and Infrastructure Investments
BOSTON, MA – February 12, 2007 –

Santa Clara’s Building Operations Division selected VFA to provide facility assessment services and software to support the County’s Lifecycle Infrastructure Investment Program, designed to promote functional, safe and healthy facilities and work environments for County employees and the public, as well as to optimize the County’s investment in real estate and infrastructure.
VFA is working with the County to assess the condition of five million square feet of its facilities. VFA.facilityŽ software will enable ongoing management of information about facility condition and the evaluation and prioritization of maintenance requirements in more than 200 facilities across the county.
