Ray Dufresne, who has held several management roles at VFA and previously served as Vice President for Consulting Services, will focus on the delivery of consulting services to clients as a Vice President in VFA's consulting group.

Parsons brings senior sales, operations, and financial management experience to the company. He was previously Chief Operations Officer at CenterStone Software, a provider of enterprise software for workplace management which was recently acquired by Manhattan Software. Parsons was an original investor and Vice President at Fiberlink Communications, where he was instrumental in leading the firm from start-up to profitability with revenues in excess of $75 million. He spent 12 years at System Industries, where he managed sales and service operations that generated annual revenue of over $50 million.
