VFA Wins $1.25 Million Contract with U.S. General Services Administration for Enterprise Software License

Largest Property Manager in U.S. Implements VFA.facility Software
to Manage Federal Agency’s Extensive Real Estate Portfolio

Boston, MA - March 20, 2006 - VFA®, Inc., the leading provider of software and services for facilities asset management and capital planning, today announced a $1.25 million software license contract with the General Services Administration (GSA), the largest property manager in the U.S. The GSA has purchased an enterprise-wide license for VFA.facility® capital asset planning and management software.

The GSA has been using VFA.facility since 2000 to manage its real estate portfolio of federally owned properties. Each of the 11 GSA regions across the country use VFA.facility to collect and manage information about their facility conditions and systems, and develop capital plans. VFA has tailored the GSA software implementation to support the organization’s internal personnel in conducting audits of its extensive portfolio, encompassing facilities including office buildings, courthouses, post offices and border stations.

“VFA has been privileged to partner with the GSA over the past six years to help the organization strategically manage its nationwide facility portfolio,” said VFA President and CEO Jerry Kokos. “We look forward to continuing to work with GSA to support cost-effective and efficient facility operations and optimal capital planning processes.”

About GSA

GSA is a centralized, federal procurement, property management, policy development and information provision agency, created by Congress to improve government efficiency and help federal agencies better serve the public. In this role, GSA acquires products and services on behalf of federal agencies; plays a key role in developing and implementing government-wide policies; provides services and solutions for the office operations of more than one million federal workers; and encourages a citizen-centric relationship with government by providing a single “point of entry” to the information and services citizens need in a timeframe they can appreciate. This allows citizens to receive accurate, timely and consistent answers and information, and helps federal agencies better respond to citizen inquiries.
