Companies Partner to Deliver Comprehensive Enterprise Management Solution for Facility Capital Planning, Assets and Energy Efficiency to Canadian Market

Boston, MA – November 18, 2003 – VFA, Inc. today announced it has formed a strategic partnership with Honeywell’s energy services business division in Canada. Through their relationship, VFA and Honeywell will provide facility managers and real estate professionals throughout Canada with a fully integrated solution for facility capital planning, asset management and energy efficiency. As a result of their alliance, the companies will deliver a holistic view of facilities, infrastructure and energy requirements, empowering clients to budget and plan for utilities, deferred maintenance and capital renewal more effectively and intelligently.
