NIH goes Mobile for Facilities Assessments – VFA Assessment team introduces a new mobile technology to perform facility condition assessments and green building analyses at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD. Assessments cover 14 buildings totaling 1,382,799 square feet.

Baylor University – Waco, TX

Mobile technology drives productivity at Baylor University – Using VFA.auditor, our patented mobile facilities assessment technology, VFA assessors assessed 11 buildings totaling over 1.2 million square feet. Here, the team is using their new iPads for a facility condition assessment at the Bill Daniel Student Center. Coffee anyone?

American International College – Springfield, MA

At American International College, a private, coeducational liberal arts college in Springfield, MA, VFA recently conducted a facility condition assessment of 38 buildings totaling 660,000 square feet. In addition, we also provided an inventory of individual pieces of major equipment – such as water heaters, electrical panels, and air handling units – reporting on location, manufacturer, technical specs, and remaining useful life.
